Introduction

What is Muchaw DEV?

Muchaw DEV is a developer infrastructure platform that abstracts the complexity of the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You get an API key and can start sending and receiving WhatsApp messages in minutes — without creating a Meta Business Portfolio, configuring a Meta App, or managing access tokens.

What it is NOT

  • Not a chatbot builder (like BotConversa or ManyChat)
  • Not a customer support platform (like Zendesk or Zap Responder)
  • Not an unofficial WhatsApp API (uses only the official Meta Cloud API)
  • Not a front-end product — it’s developer infrastructure

How it works

Developer → API Key → Muchaw DEV API → Meta Cloud API

Meta Webhook → Muchaw DEV → Queue → Webhook Dispatcher → Your Server URL
  1. You sign up and get an API key.
  2. Your end-users connect their WhatsApp numbers via Embedded Signup or a Signup Link (a white-label flow powered by Muchaw DEV’s Meta App).
  3. Muchaw DEV automatically registers the number, configures 2FA, and fires a number.activated webhook to your server.
  4. You send and receive messages via the REST API.
  5. Inbound messages from Meta are routed from Muchaw DEV’s webhook endpoint to your configured webhook URLs.

Official and safe

Muchaw DEV uses exclusively the official Meta Cloud API. There is zero risk of number bans from using unofficial protocols.
